At school we have just completed a stats test which was identical to the one we did at the start of the year.
I was quite pleased as a had improved heaps and was able to understand and have a go at everything in the test where as at the start of the year I had no idea what some things meant and I skipped out big chunks of the test.
At the start of the year I had no idea how to use my protractor, I didn't know about mean, median, mode and range, I couldn't draw a histogram and I was completely forgetting about titles and labels on all graphs.
During this unit the things that helped me most were the small maths groups that we had so the teacher could focus on all of us and the way that the teachers explained our sheets in a fun way.
