Art week has come to an end and its back to work unfortunately. But overall it has been such a fun experience. The finished classroom looked awesome and I loved looking at all of the other classes. Each class had really cool and unique pieces of art and I had so many favourites like room 10's snow globes and room 9's deer heads but what really stood out to me was all of the time and effort that room 12 had put into their paper mache and it all looked really good.
In my class I spent lots of time on the birds eye view of the school and making the plane door but I really liked how effective my own choice art ended out. I found the idea on pinterest and it caught my eye. I really like how the building are done in sharpie so the sky stands out heaps. Art week has amazed me because I really didn't think that we would be able to finish everything in time but we did! But if we'd had a little longer we might have been able to pay attention to smaller details and do things like the cardboard box by the door and the pilot controls on Mr Cunningham's desk. Overall I think everyone worked together really well and it ended out great!
